Templeogue is represented in all the Dublin Inter-Club Leagues from Class 1 - 7. Members are emailed some weeks prior to each league inviting them to make themselves available to play. The teams are then selected & registered. Don’t worry if you don’t always get on a team...subs are always in great demand.

Internal Club Ladders
We operate Internal Club Ladders in Singles/Doubles/Mixed to encourage competitive tennis within the club. All ladders are held and managed on www.clubmanager.ie and are open to all senior members of the club, no matter what their playing ability is. To be included in any of our ladders please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you started. The rules for playing the ladder are detailed below. Players not willing to play competitive tennis should not apply to be on a ladder.
Graded Social Tennis ~ Sundays @ 7pm - just join the Whatsapp group to be kept in the loop as to who’s playing on any Sunday. No cost, just great fun (contact club office for Whatsapp number)
In addition, regular American Tournamentsare organised - notification of these are emailed to members a few days in advance. Again no partner is required. Members are organised into mixed pairs and play a series of games. Afterwards members congregate in the bar for prize giving, finger food, music and lots of craic.
Wednesday Morning Ladies Social Tennisbegins at 9.30am. Names are taken and are drawn from a hat. Tea/coffee & chat follows at 11am. No need to book - just turn up any Wednesday (not on in June / July / August)
Tuesday Morning Mens Social Tennis takes place each Tuesday @ 11am. No need to book - just turn up any Tuesday.
The Social and Tennis Committees also combine their efforts to organise inter club social tennis events from time to time. These graded tennis tournaments are usually followed by BBQ, music & craic in the bar.
The biggest Social Tennis event of the year is the annual SuperLeague Tournamentwhich takes place during February and March. Members are organised into teams of six players (three ladies and three men), who play weekly matches culminating in the finals day, and finals dinner & dance. Again all standards are catered for.
Prior to each event details are usually posted in the clubhouse, and sent to members by email. DON’T MISS OUT – make sure your email address is on the club members list.
